Refund Policy
Due to the nature of fragrance products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging every order. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@noperfumes.shop.
To process your claim, we require:
- A photo of the damaged or defective item
- A photo of the original packaging
- Your order number or proof of purchase
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at our discretion. Items reported after 30 days of delivery will not be eligible.
Non-Returnable Items
As a personal care and fragrance product, NO GREY – Extrait de Parfum cannot be returned for reasons other than damage or defect. This includes opened or used products, items without original packaging, and sale items.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the transaction.
